Attending Manish’s course was a game-changer. It gave me a new perspective and a framework to understand and think about the world around me. I come from a background in control systems, where we are formally taught system theory—particularly as applied to electro-mechanical systems. But through Manish’s course, I realized that these same principles can be extended to human systems—and, in fact, to any system. As Manish often repeats, “everything is a system”.
His workshop helped me shift from seeing failures as individual shortcomings to seeing them as systemic breakdowns. I’m now more likely to ask, How did the system fail? Rather than why did the person fail? This mindset has been powerful in both professional and personal contexts.
Manish, as a teacher, is thought-provoking and unafraid to challenge the status quo—but he always takes the time to explain the reasoning behind his ideas. His energy and enthusiasm for the subject are contagious, making the learning experience both engaging and inspiring.
