Extremely grateful to Manish for flying down to Singapore and giving us a a glimpse of how a systems thinker sees the world. Manish was able to quickly recognise different mental models of people and use simple and good explanations to help us find new and “wholelistic” perspectives to knowledge. He has unlocked multiple doors for us to start thinking about thinking and helped us see problems and their interconnected-ness beyond what we usually would have perceived them to be. I highly recommend attending his class, and only wished the class duration was made longer so I can learn more about applying systems thinking into the field of cybersecurity.
