It would be wrong for someone to rate Manish’s workshop in a ★★★★★ rating scale, because it would equate his workshop to other five star rates workship, when Systems Thinking workshop is way better than any workshop I have attended in my life. Hope my testimonial can do justice to what Manish actually delivers in workshop.
Manish is a true scholar and wonderful theacher. No, it’s not a Typo. He invented the word “theach”. He states and stands by a quote by Socrates – “I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think”. So, he invented the word “theach” to represent what he does. I met Manish 2 years ago in one of his Systems Thinking training that he conducts here at PayPal. Before the training, I read all about systems thinking and about casual loop diagrams etc and I was prepared for an eventful hands-on training. But what I got was a Minds-On training. He literally made all who attended to pause and think. He made us realize, with undeniable scientific evidence, that we have been doing so many things wrong, not just at professional life but also in personal life. He set us up in a trajectory, to gain infinite knowledge and my life changed after that.
I have seen him influence, coach and challenge people across the organization, across all levels. I have seen collogues who transformed because of him and solve complex systemic problems. He understands how organizations work. He understands how the world works. He often asks this epistemic question – “How do you know what you know is true?” If you are reading this, try to think of anything, any fact that you know and try to answer this question. If you ask Manish this question about any topic, the answer you get will be purely scientific and he may even say it’s the provisional truth and it is up for refutation. He is a Refutationist to the core. He advises us to refute our own thoughts, to get closer to reality.
Manish is one of a kind and I know he will one day make a larger impact in the whole world for the better. I am so glad that I got me meet him and I recommend his training to everyone.
